Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor - Interiors Fit Out experience only. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations including material management, labor management, and site coordination ensuring that the work executed on the site is as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. You will also oversee the quality control process, monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors and issue work instructions according to the project’s schedule and plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site supervision role with fit-out contracting experience
• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or relevant field
• Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers effectively
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• UAE driving license is a plus
